At the turn of the year, we surveyed members about their experiences of being a member of Soul Choirs. We also asked for suggestions where we could improve that experience. We received 117 responses and an average 9.4 NPS. We also gathered a wide range of suggestions, many of which we have been able to implement in the past two terms.
