Canterbury Soul Choir has been going strong since January 2017 and has built a fantastic reputation in the area for its soulful sound and welcoming atmosphere. Over the years, it’s grown into a vibrant, established community where people of all experience levels can come together to enjoy singing the greatest soul music and make lasting friendships.

Tuesday nights in Canterbury have become a much-loved part of the week for many of our members, with uplifting sessions full of energy, harmony and connection. Whether you’re brand new or have been singing for years, you’ll feel right at home.

Canterbury is a sister choir to our Whitstable choirs on Mondays and Fridays and is led by Soul Choirs director Ross. If you can’t make a Canterbury session, you’re always welcome to pop along to Whitstable. Members can also visit our partner choirs in Margate, Broadstairs, Deal and Folkestone, giving you plenty of flexibility each week. All of our choirs learn at a similar pace and share online resources, making it easy to stay involved wherever you go.
