UK Soul Choirs presents 10 Years of Soul - Anniversary Concert

PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO MEMBERS WHO HAVE BEEN IN CHOIR THE LONGEST BUT WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE AS MANY MEMBERS AS POSSIBLE.

We're really excited to be putting on this show but it is a big one and needs some super powered organisation on our part. We are offering coaches from our choir areas out of London, an AFTER PARTY at the Concert Halls with Soul DJ and fabulous guest artists from BBC1's Strictly Come Dancing.

Key Info for the concert - PLEASE READ!

• Choir members arrive 14:30
• Rehearse 15:00 - 17:00
• There will be seating on stage
• Break for tea 17:00 - 19:00
• Staging begins at 19:20 for a 19:30 start
• Concert finishes approx 21:20 with a short interval.
• Room is then prepped for the After-Show Party with DJ Deano (approx 22:15 - 00:00) - tickets available to members for £7 through this form, supporters can buy tickets HERE at £10 - link will be sent out in due course.
• Early coaches will leave at 22:00 giving those members time for drink after and Late coaches 00:10 for those attending the After Show party.

Originally we had an allowance of 300 people performing but due to safety concerns by the venue we are now limited to about 220 performing so we will have to prioritise participation to members who have been with us the longest. We will do our absolute best to squeeze as many as possible in albeit safely but there is a weight limit on the stage so we are limited.

If it turns out we cannot accommodate you then would love to see you in the audience where you can be singing along anyway! We apologise in advance for any disappointment this may cause but due to contractual obligations we cannot change the venue. In this situation we will fully refund any fees paid and you can purchase a ticket direct to watch direct with Blackheath Concert Halls.

We would like to remind you that audience tickets will sell out very quickly so please tell your family and friends to book early to avoid disappointment.

If you cannot make the concert, you do not need to fill in this form.

There will be other community based performing opportunities this term.
