I just wanted to share the key information for our pop-up performance and Singalong at The Moat on Tuesday 23 December from 6pm to 8pm. This was previously scheduled for 5pm but the venue has updated the start time.
The Barn at the Moat, London Road, TN15 7RJ
There is no limit on numbers, but we do need an idea of how many people will be performing so we can arrange the space. Please ONLY complete the form below by the end of November if you will be performing.
LET US KNOW IF YOU'RE PERFORMING HERE
This is a free event, but please read the booking information below:
There will be tables in the barn that can be reserved for a meal. A deposit may be required. Food orders will close at 5pm, so please make your booking HERE. Anyone booking a meal can stay at their table for the entire evening.
Guests who are coming only to watch the performance will be able to use the smaller, unreserved tables for drinks. These cannot be booked. If the event becomes busy, it may be standing room only.
You can also book tables in the main restaurant before the event if you prefer. Choose the 'Table Booking' option from the dropdown menu in the link above.
