Amy Stanley

Amy is UK Soul Choirs' Concerts and Programming Manager and a founding soprano of Rochester soul choir. She is the first port of call for all enquiries and information for members and as of 2023 she will also be planning and running all our concerts!

Amy Stanley trained at Mountview Academy where she studied Acting and Muscial Theatre. She has worked extensively in television, theatre and film and continues to sing at private and corporate events.

When moving to Kent, she wanted to meet new people so decided to combine her quest with her love for singing - and so she found UK Soul Choirs! Having run several small businesses alongside her life as a performer, becoming part of the HQ team was a great opportunity for her to be more involved with the choir community.

UK Soul Choirs is a professionally run inclusive community choir operating across South East London and Kent. There are no auditions, and no experience is necessary to come try us out. Members get to learn and sing great songs each week and perform with professional musicians in an end-of-term performance. We offer fully inclusive online learning resources, a community-led social programme and a range of membership plan options to suit member's different priorities.
