Experience an afternoon of uplifting and vibrant harmony with the London Soul Choir as we celebrate the beauty of the human voice through gospel-inspired soul singing. Our repertoire ranges from the timeless soul of Prince and Aretha Franklin to the contemporary sounds of Stormzy, Beyonce, and Jessie Ware, all uniquely arranged by directors Abi Gilchrist and Ross Power.
Formed in 2010 as part of the adult community choir UK Soul Choirs (www.soulchoirs.com), the London Soul Choir showcases the finest soul music for concerts and events. This special performance will feature nine of the UK’s top session singers, who perform internationally and at renowned UK venues such as Koko, Ronnie Scotts, and the Southbank Centre. These versatile professionals frequently lend their vocals to TV and film recordings at Abbey Road and Air Studios, and have contributed to Hollywood movie soundtracks including The Little Mermaid and Guardians of the Galaxy. Members of the London Soul Choir were also featured in the 2022 M&S Christmas advert and will appear in a high-profile Netflix series later this year.
